Our Cakes are all One-Of-A-Kind, therefore there is no way to determine an exact price list. The prices below are just to be used as a guideline. Each cake will be priced individually based on number of servings, components chosen and level of difficulty.
Pricing Guidelines
Cakes:
Our cake prices start at $3.75 per slice for butter cream and $4.50 per slice for fondant finish.
Most Sculpted cakes are a minimum of $175.00 per order. We no longer accept order for Vehicle sculpted cakes. All sculpted cakes are priced based on size and level of difficulty. Sculpted cakes are all finished in fondant to achieve the desired look of each cake’s theme.
Cupcakes:
Regular cupcakes start at $2.50 each. Add $0.25 each for premium cake and frosting flavors, add $0.25 each to add a filling. - Includes many decorative options. - More elaborate decor may be priced individually, contact us for more info.
Mini Cupcakes start at $1.75 each . Add $0.25 each for premium cake and frosting flavors, add $0.25 each to add a filling. Includes many decorative options. - More elaborate decor may be priced individually, contact us for more info.
Giant Cupcake starts at $45.00 for non-premium flavors, frosted in butter cream and $55.00 for fondant finish. Our Giant Cupcake serves 12.
Decorated Sugar Cookie Favors:
Our sugar cookies are decorated in royal icing to reflect your event’s theme and are individually wrapped in clear cellophane bags with decorative ribbon. Cookies start at $3.00 each.
Handmade Gum paste Figures and Flowers:
All priced individually based on size and level of difficulty and can be added to any order.
Wedding Cake Tastings
We do offer tastings for wedding cakes. You may select up to three cake flavors, fillings and frosting of your choice. We do charge $25 for tastings. All tasting cakes are made to order, and adequate notice is needed to schedule your appointment.
Ordering
Orders and inquiries may be placed through our contact us page, or by e-mail, BBSpecialtyCakes@gmail.com . We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your order further. Appropriate lead time is necessary for all orders.
Payment
We require a 50% deposit on all orders over $200. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. All wedding orders, or other orders where the client will not be at the venue upon delivery, balance must be paid in advance - if by check, one week prior, or cash can be dropped off to our shop anytime prior to the event date. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Visa or Mastercard in person. There is a $5 fee for all credit card payments made over the telephone. (Let us know if you would like to pay by credit upon delivery and we will make arrangements to do so - We use the Square - so it is easily portable!)
Delivery
Delivery is available and recommended to all of RI, and parts of MA & CT. Most of our cakes require special care during transport and may also require on-site set up. Delivery in RI is $15 and up, in MA and CT is $25 and up depending on distance, size of cake or amount of items being delivered. If pickup is preferred, B & B Specialty Cakes is not responsible once the cake leaves our facility.
